How much does shipping cost?

Depending on the total weight of your items, one of the following shipping options is used and total will be determined at checkout:  

• U.S. Post Office – First Class Mail                                                                   
• U.S. Post Office – Priority Mail Orders                                                         

Allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.  Please note delivery times are not guaranteed. Because our items are hand-crafted, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipping.

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our hand-crafted teas, all sales are final. If for some reason you’re not happy or have concerns with your product once received, please email us at info@balmteaco.com and we'll do our best to make sure you you're happy with your purchase.
